Applications are invited in prescribed format detailed in the website of the University for the following permanent post/teaching post in the University:

1. Controller of Examinations
   
2. One post of Reader in School of Bio-technology & Biological Sciences (Specialization in Chemical Engg.) (Reserved for SC)
   
3. One post of Reader in School of Engineering & Technology (Computer Sc. & Engg./Information Tech./Microelectronics/Software Engg.) (Reserved for SC)
   

Scale of pay for post (1): Rs. 16,400-450-20,900-500-22,400/-
& for post (2) &(3): Rs. 12,000-420-18,300/-
Designation/Scale of pay likely to be revised.
Educational Qualification, other admissible allowances and sevice conditions will be as per University/UGC/AICTE norms.

The forms must reach the University within 2nd March, 2010 along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- drawn in favour of WEST BENGAL UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY payable at Kolkata (SC/ST candidates shall pay only 25% of normal application fee).

The University reserves the right to determine the number of candidates to be called for interview and may relax qualifications, age & experience in case of exceptionally qualified candidates.
